PRE ORDER POLICY

The pre- order service offered by D' Precious Jade Jewelry Corp. allows you to order a specific items when it is out of inventory.

Customer will pay the Business a deposit to the order 20% of total estimated amount or $100 whoever is higher.

TERMS

AVAILABILITY

Pre Ordered items are sold on a first come, first served basis. Due to high demand and maintaining high quality standards, many of our suppliers have long turnaround times for orders. D' Precious Jade Jewelry Corp. does not determine the wait times on these. Please place an pre order items if willing to wait. We do not suggest pre order items if it is for a gift or for special occasion. If you need an jewelry on specific time please check our on hand items. We can't guarantee that we could provide the 100% exact item you wish to have. For the sizes and design we will communicate with the buyer before we will confirm it to the supplier. Once the item is confirmed from the buyer we will purchase it to the supplier and no cancellation or changes after that.

DELIVERY

We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. If the item is available, the item will be shipped/ pick up 1-2 business days after we received the full payment.

PRICE

You are required to pay the initial deposit. Full payment to be paid once the item is available to ship or pick up. At this point, we can't give you the exact price, we only give you the estimated price. Since gold price is fluctuating depends on market, we will provide the final invoice once we received the item from supplier. The rate of pre order item are higher compare to our Dubai Live because we choose the supplier who could provide the lower rate and pay them as bulk. We can't apply the rate of Dubai live to pre order because the pre order rate will depend on supplier rate, current gold price and it will fall to retail price. Keep in mine that gold price is not stable and it increase time to time. Method of payment accepted are Visa, Master card, American Express or E- Transfer. If we didn't hear from you or no payment made one month after the final invoice, we will open the item to the public to resell. All down payment made will be forfeited. We are open for Lay away or Instalment by Afterpay, Klarna, Sezzle, Long term plan and In- House Lay Away just message us for more details.

CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND

There are NO CANCELLATIONS, REFUND AND/OR RETURNS ON ANY PRE- ORDERED ITEMS. If you choose an item that is not in stock it may not be one that our buyer's would have chosen. We initiate a Pre Order based on your order. There are no refunds, exchange, cancellation and return on Pre - Order Items. If the item remain out of stock for 8 weeks we will return your deposit or allow you to change the item.
