24-PAYMENT LAYAWAY AGREEMENT

Terms and Conditions — Customer Acknowledgment Required

By enrolling in the 24-Payment Layaway Plan offered by D’ Precious Jade Jewelry Corp., the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Reservation Deposit

• A minimum 10% reservation deposit based on the agreed purchase price is required to secure the selected jewelry.

• The 10% reservation deposit will be applied toward the total purchase price.

• The reservation deposit is strictly non-refundable if the customer voluntarily cancels the order or the layaway plan is cancelled due to missed payments, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

• The reservation deposit cannot be converted into store credit following such cancellation.

2. Payment Schedule

• The remaining balance will be divided into twenty-four (24) scheduled bi-weekly payments.

• Payments will be automatically charged to the customer's authorized payment method through the company's approved payment processing system.

• The payment schedule begins on the first scheduled deduction date provided in the customer's individual invoice.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring their payment information remains accurate and their authorized payment method has sufficient available funds.

• Payment dates cannot be changed once the bi-weekly payment schedule has been established.

• Manual e-transfers are not accepted as substitutes for scheduled automatic deductions unless expressly approved in writing by the company.

3. Missed Payments and Automatic Cancellation

• Customers must maintain their scheduled payments throughout the duration of this agreement. A payment is considered "missed" if it is not successfully processed within five (5) calendar days after its scheduled bi-weekly due date.

• If three (3) scheduled payments are missed, D’ Precious Jade Jewelry Corp. may automatically cancel the layaway agreement after providing written notice. Such notice shall be deemed delivered when sent to the email address or phone number provided by the customer.

• Upon cancellation, the reserved jewelry will be released from the layaway arrangement and may be offered for sale to other customers.

• Customers whose plans have been cancelled due to repeated missed payments may become ineligible for future layaway programs.

4. Cancellation and Store Credit Policy

If the customer voluntarily cancels the layaway plan, or the plan is cancelled due to missed payments:

• A. Reservation Deposit: The original 10% reservation deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited. It cannot be converted into store credit.

• B. Installment Payments: All installment payments successfully collected, excluding the 10% reservation deposit, will be retained and converted into store credit. Store credit will not be refunded as cash, returned to a credit card, or transferred back through the original payment method, except where required by applicable law.

• C. Store Credit Conditions: Store credit will have NO EXPIRATION DATE. Store credit may be applied toward future eligible jewelry purchases from D’ Precious Jade Jewelry Corp. Store credit cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Any additional balance on a future purchase must be paid according to the payment arrangements accepted by the company.

5. Reinstatement of Cancelled Layaway

• Reinstatement of a cancelled layaway plan is not guaranteed.

• If the customer wishes to repurchase the original jewelry after cancellation, the price will be recalculated using the company's current applicable selling price.

• Previous installment payments held as store credit may be applied toward the new purchase.

• Product availability and approval of a new payment plan remain entirely subject to company discretion.

6. Early Payment

• Customers may request to pay their outstanding balance in full before the scheduled 24-payment completion date.

• The remaining balance will be calculated, and the automatic payment schedule will be discontinued after full payment is confirmed.

• Early settlement does not automatically entitle the customer to a discount or price adjustment.

7. Jewelry Release and Ownership

• Reserved jewelry will remain in the sole possession of D’ Precious Jade Jewelry Corp. until full payment is received.

• Jewelry will be released for shipping or pickup only after the entire agreed purchase price, applicable taxes, and any agreed shipping/delivery fees have been paid in full.

• Partial payments do not entitle customers to possession or partial release of the jewelry.

• Shipping or pickup arrangements will be confirmed only after final payment completion.

8. Payment Records and Privacy

• Customers will receive payment confirmations or receipts for successfully processed scheduled payments.

• Payment information will be securely handled through the company's authorized payment processing system.

• Customers must keep their contact and payment information updated.

• The company will handle all personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
