Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in the Layaway Payment Plan offered by D’ Precious Jade Jewelry Corp., the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Reservation Deposit

• A minimum 10% reservation deposit of the total agreed purchase price is required to reserve the selected jewelry.

• The reservation deposit will be applied toward the total purchase price.

• The 10% reservation deposit is non-refundable if the customer voluntarily cancels the order or the layaway agreement is cancelled due to missed payments, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

• The reservation deposit cannot be converted into store credit following such cancellation.

2. Layaway Payment Terms

• Customers may select an approved payment arrangement consisting of 4 to 12 scheduled payments, as specified in their individual invoice or payment schedule.

• Payment amounts, payment dates, and the total purchase price will be provided separately.

• Payments must be completed according to the agreed schedule.

• Customers are responsible for maintaining an active and valid payment method and ensuring sufficient funds are available.

• Payment arrangements cannot be changed without written approval from D’ Precious Jade Jewelry Corp.

3. Automatic Payment Authorization

• Customers agree to authorize scheduled payments through the company's approved payment processing system.

• Manual e-transfers will not be accepted as replacements for automatic scheduled deductions unless expressly approved by the company.

• Customers must promptly update any expired, declined, or replaced payment cards.

• Receipts or payment confirmations will be issued for successfully processed payments.

4. Missed Payments and Cancellation

• Customers are required to maintain their agreed payment schedule. A payment is considered "missed" if it is not successfully processed within five (5) calendar days after its scheduled due date.

• If three (3) scheduled payments are missed, D’ Precious Jade Jewelry Corp. may cancel the layaway agreement after providing written notice. Such notice shall be deemed delivered when sent to the email address or phone number provided by the customer.

• Upon cancellation, the reserved jewelry may be released and offered for sale to other customers.

• Customers whose layaway plans are cancelled due to repeated missed payments may be restricted from participating in future layaway programs.

5. Cancellation and Store Credit Policy

If the customer voluntarily cancels the layaway plan or the agreement is cancelled due to missed payments:

• A. Reservation Deposit: The original 10% reservation deposit will be forfeited. This deposit is strictly non-refundable and cannot be converted into store credit.

• B. Installment Payments: All successfully collected installment payments, excluding the 10% reservation deposit, will be converted into store credit. Store credit will not be refunded in cash, returned to a credit card, or transferred to a bank account, except where required by applicable law.

• C. Store Credit Conditions: Store credit will have NO EXPIRATION DATE. Store credit may be applied toward future eligible jewelry purchases from D’ Precious Jade Jewelry Corp. Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash. Any outstanding amount on a new purchase must be paid according to the company's accepted payment arrangements.

6. Reinstatement or New Purchase

• Cancelled layaway agreements are not automatically reinstated.

• Customers wishing to purchase the same jewelry after cancellation must request a new quotation.

• The jewelry will be subject to availability and the company's current applicable selling price.

• Previously issued store credit may be applied toward the new purchase.

• Approval of a new layaway arrangement remains at the company's discretion.

7. Early Payment

• Customers may request to settle their remaining balance before the scheduled completion date.

• The company will calculate the remaining amount payable.

• Once full payment has been successfully processed, the payment arrangement will be closed.

• Early payment does not automatically qualify for a discount or price adjustment.

8. Jewelry Release and Ownership

• Reserved jewelry will remain in the possession of D’ Precious Jade Jewelry Corp. until full payment is received.

• Jewelry will be released for pickup or shipping only after the total purchase price, applicable taxes, and any agreed shipping/delivery fees have been paid in full.

• Partial payment does not entitle the customer to possession of the jewelry.

9. Customer Information and Privacy

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and updated contact and payment information.

• Personal and payment information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

• Payment card information must be submitted through the company's approved secure payment system.
