1. ONE-TIME PAYMENT (Cash or E-Transfer)

• We accept credit card payments through our authorized payment processor.

• The total purchase amount is charged in one transaction.

• Credit card pricing may differ from our cash or e-Transfer rate.

• Your credit card provider's standard billing and interest terms apply.

3. BUY NOW, PAY LATER (BNPL)

How it works:

• Choose your preferred available BNPL provider at checkout.

• Your jewelry order will be processed once the transaction is successfully approved and payment is confirmed to our business.

Approval is subject to the provider's eligibility requirements. Additional charges or interest may apply depending on the selected plan.

📅 Reserve Now, Pay Through Scheduled Installments

Our in-house layaway program allows you to reserve selected jewelry and complete your payments over time.

Terms and Conditions:

• A minimum 10% reservation deposit is required.

• The remaining balance is divided into an approved schedule of 4–12 payments.

• Payments are processed according to your agreed payment schedule.

• Jewelry will remain reserved until fully paid.

• Items are released for pickup or shipping only after full payment.

Cancellation Policy:

• The 10% reservation deposit is non-refundable upon voluntary cancellation or cancellation due to missed payments.

• Eligible installment payments made beyond the deposit will be converted into store credit with no expiration date.

• Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded to the original payment method.

• Three missed payments may result in cancellation of the layaway agreement after written notice.

These terms are subject to applicable consumer protection laws and statutory refund rights.

5. IN-HOUSE 24-PAYMENT PLAN ($3000 + worth of purchase)

💎 Extended Bi-Weekly Payment Option

For customers who prefer smaller scheduled payments, we also offer our 24-payment layaway program.

How it works:

• A minimum 10% reservation deposit is required.

• The remaining balance is divided into 24 bi-weekly payments.

• Payments are automatically deducted using your authorized payment method.

• Scheduled deduction dates cannot be customized once the plan is established.

• Manual e-Transfers are not accepted as substitutes for automatic scheduled deductions.

• Payment receipts are issued as scheduled payments are successfully processed.

• Early full payment is allowed.

• Jewelry is released only after the balance is paid in full.

Cancellation and Store Credit:

The same cancellation and store credit terms described in our 4–12 Payment Layaway Plan apply.
